Processing times are separate from carrier transit times. During holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or other periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

United States Shipping

GR Fuel ships to customers throughout the United States.

Our current domestic shipping options are:

Standard Shipping — $8.00 for orders under $70.00
FREE Standard Shipping for orders of $70.00 or more
Express Shipping — $15.00

Subscription Shipping

Shipping promotions associated with a GR Fuel subscription apply according to the Subscribe & Save offer presented when you enroll.

Where an offer includes FREE shipping on your first subscription order, the shipping benefit applies to the qualifying initial subscription shipment.

Shipping rates or benefits applicable to subsequent subscription orders will be displayed according to the terms of your subscription offer.

International Shipping

GR Fuel offers international shipping to select countries and regions.

Available international shipping methods, carrier options, estimated transit times, and shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and order details and will be displayed at checkout.

International orders may be shipped using available carriers such as DHL Express or USPS, depending on the destination and services available at checkout.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

International orders may be subject to customs requirements, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Where duties or taxes are prepaid or included as part of the shipping service, this will be indicated during checkout. Otherwise, additional charges imposed by customs or local authorities may be the responsibility of the recipient.

GR Fuel does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by government authorities.

Delivery Times

Any delivery or transit estimates displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside GR Fuel's reasonable control.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping confirmation is issued.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@grfuel.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with address changes before an order ships, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact support@grfuel.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate next steps. Carrier delays occurring after an order has shipped may be outside GR Fuel's direct control.
