Subscribe & Save

When you purchase a GR Fuel product through our Subscribe & Save option, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription. Your subscription order will be delivered at the frequency displayed at checkout, typically every 30 days.

Subscription Pricing

Your first subscription order may include an introductory discount or promotional offer displayed at the time of purchase.

Recurring pricing, discounts, products, and promotional offers may change. The applicable price and subscription terms will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Automatic Renewal and Recurring Charges

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize GR Fuel to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription orders at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until you cancel it.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription through your GR Fuel customer account or through the subscription management link provided in your subscription communications.

Depending on the options available for your subscription, you may be able to:

Skip an upcoming order
Pause your subscription
Update your shipping address or payment information
Review upcoming orders
Cancel your subscription

Skipping or Cancelling Your Subscription

You may skip or cancel your subscription at any time before your next recurring order is processed.

Once an order has already been processed, charged, shipped, or entered fulfillment, cancellation of your subscription will not automatically cancel or refund that order.

Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring charges and deliveries associated with that subscription.

Introductory Discounts and Subscription Savings

Introductory discounts apply only as stated at the time of purchase. Under the current offer, the introductory discount applies to your first subscription order, followed by the recurring subscription price displayed when you enroll.

Any ongoing Subscribe & Save discount, including the advertised 10% savings on recurring orders after your first order, is reflected in the subscription pricing displayed to you.

Promotional offers are subject to the specific terms presented with the offer.

Free Starter Kit and Promotional Gifts

Where offered, a Free Starter Kit or other complimentary gift is an introductory subscription benefit and is generally included with the qualifying first subscription order only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional gifts are limited to one per eligible customer and are not included with subsequent recurring orders.

Shipping

Where the subscription offer includes free shipping on your first order, that benefit applies to the qualifying initial subscription shipment.

Shipping charges, if any, for subsequent subscription orders will be displayed according to the applicable subscription offer and shipping terms.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription purchases are subject to the GR Fuel Return and Refund Policy.

Cancelling a subscription stops future subscription renewals but does not by itself constitute a request to return or refund an order that has already been processed.
